I already have a landline number, can I transfer it to you?
Yes of course, just tell us your number and we will do the rest.
How easy is it to set-up a Gelle landline number?
It’s easy! We can set-up a new landline number or transfer an existing number in a few simple steps. Just fill in the enquiry form and we will get on with the rest.
Can I get a Gelle landline number for my local area code?
Yes, we can provide a landline number for your business with an 01 or 02 code for every area code in the UK.
If your business requires an 0330 national number we can provide that too.
Can I set up a Gelle landline number in other areas?
Yes you can. We often have businesses that want to show a local telephone number for all the regions that they cover.
With this option when you call your customers you choose the number you want to display.
Can I set the hours that I want to receive calls?
Yes, the Gelle DHV landline package has a host of advanced features that includes selecting the hours you want to take calls, allowing diverts to your colleagues and provide music on-hold.
Can both my business partner and I make and receive calls from the same landline number?
Yes, all we need is to add another user. Many of our clients found that with their old BT phone they could only divert to one number at a time. With the Gelle DHV landline and hosted voice packages you can set up for incoming calls to go to a number of different devices at the same time or switch from one user to another at different times of the day. Calls can also switch to another user if a user is busy.
